This course will teach you how to instruct others in learning and improving at the shotgun sports. It will also give you the tools to recognize what mistakes you are making in your own shooting.

Our annual ham meat shoot will be held on December 18. The prizes are 13 lb. smoked hams.

Our Turkey Shoots were a success with 54 fresh turkeys being awarded. We will look into awarding more next year.
Our Christmas Ham shoot will be on December 18th.
West Chester Gun Club
This Sunday is our Final Turkey Shoot and Bird Pick up for the winners from Day 1.
Pre-squadding is still open online.
36 spots have been reserved, only 54 remain. If you wish to shoot and possibly more than once, get you name on the list.
Pre-squadding cost nothing and you get to pick your squad an position (just like picking seats on an airplane).
Presquad today, spots might not be available on Sunday.
During the Turkey shoot we will hold a raffle for your chance to win a turkey. Each ticket cost 50¢ and will give you 2 chances to win. We will pull the first ticket between rounds 3 & 4 and the last ticket pulled after round 5.
If you purchased tickets on Tuesday night, please plan on being at the club or calling the club house to check your numbers.
Looking to get started in trapshooting or know someone who is? This fall we have 4 courses with Chester County Night School.
2 Week Course – Introduction to Trapshooting
This course takes place on Tuesdays over two weeks to introduce the shooter to the game of trapshooting. Whether you are a first time shooter or just looking knock the dust of and learn trapshooting, this course is for everyone. 10 students per class.
Tuesday, September 20th & 27th – 6pm – 8:30
Tuesday, October 11th & 18th – 6pm – 8:30
1 day – Women’s Only – Introduction to Trapshooting
Ladies only for this class. Similar to the 2 week course but in one day. This ladies only course is for the lady who might not be comfortable just yet. First time shooters welcome as we explain the sport and methodology behind the game of trapshooting. 7 students per class
Sunday, September 18, 11am – 1pm
This class is for the shooter who has many rounds through the gun and is looking to increase their score. We will work on hard angles and then move to some drills to try and improve your consistency. Also provided are skills which you will need to follow up with on the range. 2 – 3 boxes of shells.
Sunday, October 9th – 11am – 1pm

Sunday July 17th we pulled the ticket for the SKB Century III trap gun raffle.
